Our goal is to keep you completely satisfied with Lliinks. If you change your mind for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. After this 14-day period, refunds are not automatically issued, but we’ll always review individual cases in good faith to ensure a fair outcome.
Free Tier & Trials
Where available, free tiers or trials let you evaluate the Service before paying.
Monthly Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We do not prorate or provide partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
Goodwill Reviews (after 14 days)
If your request falls outside the 14-day window, we may still consider a refund at our discretion. Examples include:
- Duplicate charges caused by our systems.
- Accidental renewal where the Service was not used after renewal (contact us within 7 days).
- Billing errors we are responsible for.
